Three hours of lessons less...

This is a documentary about the practice of citizen-ship at school, commissioned by EVEIL Association for its 10th anniversary and on the occasion of the workshop To build one's own citizenship.

What definitions of citizenship can be thought up? This film tries to answer this question, giving young people the opportunity to speak. The documentary brings together their statements and teachers' comments.

"To vote means to be important for society, to do something : to put one's own grain of sand into society…" (Yoann, 14 years old).

In addition to this documentary, these meetings led to the publication of the book What is citizenship?, (Association EVEIL, SEPIA edition, France).
